To consider and make recommendations on all matters relating to education, health, employment generation and other issues of a social nature
Particular Terms Of Reference
- To make recommendations to council in regard to the planning, equipping and maintenance of schools and clinics administered by council.
- To recommend to council the establishment of new schools, and Health centers.
- To strategize on how the standard of living of the communities in the council area (i.e. both socially and economically) can be uplifted.
